Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We currently ship to the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Standard Shipping (USA): 5–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (USA): 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasonal demand.
Flat Fee Shipping
We offer flat rate of $5.00 standard shipping within the continental United States. This is automatically applied at checkout.
P.O. Boxes
Orders to P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS. Please select USPS as your preferred option at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@pawready.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If your order arrives damaged, email us at info@pawready.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
